Timeline & Transition Questions
-
Beginning January 12, 2027, members will see the new branding on our website, in branches, and on materials.
-
Updated materials will be provided as items naturally come up for renewal or when members request them. There’s no rush – current materials will continue to work.
-
The official launch is January 12, 2027. Members may continue to see some materials with our old name for a few months after that as we complete the full transition across all touchpoints.
-
We want to give members plenty of advance notice so they’re not surprised. We also need time to work with our vendors and partners to update everything – signage, cards, statements, forms, etc. By announcing now, we ensure a smooth transition.
Service & Operations Questions
-
Eventually, yes – you’ll see our new logo and colors. But the functionality stays the same. We’ll make sure any visual updates are smooth and easy to navigate.
-
Statements will transition to the new name and logo after the January 12 launch. Members may see an insert in their statements explaining the change.
-
Tax documents will reflect the appropriate name for the reporting period. We’ll ensure members receive accurate documents for tax purposes.
