Purchaser(s) understands and agrees that Purchase(s) may inspect or have the collateral inspected prior to bid closing and is encouraged to do so. Purchaser(s) acknowledges and agrees that the collateral is sold AS IS, that nor warranties are made or intended; and that the Credit Union shall have no liability or responsibility for any repairs or damages whatsoever. All items offered for sale are sold AS IS- NO WARRANTY.
